Our efforts should be for peace not war

The purpose of all our training is to find peace within ourselves even if we come short of victory on what we seek. Each effort we make today sharpens our flexibility, endurance, strength and speed. Always come back excited and grateful, don’t always allow your bad feelings to win. Train again before the Sun sets of your first workout did not go well. You can either let the day turn you around, or you can chose to turn it around to go your way.
