Everything and everyone in our lives has a reason to be there.
Understand them, because understanding is warriors path of peace and success. Don’t fight life, but learn what is trying to tell you. if you keep on hoping for thing to change or get better, then you’ll find yourself gazing deeper into pain. The emotional suffering we have in life are there because we have attached our thoughts to them.
Lately I’ve been paying attention to my dreams about things i want to learn. So each morning i revisited my dreams through meditation and see if any of them had hate or anger, like our thoughts are, and all who have hurt me and betrayed me didn’t appear as bad in my dreams, only in my thoughts I saw them as bad people.
Also there are no emotions when in dreams, only when we are awake, because tend to think and over think, judge and remember too much and looking for excuses and reasons to blame, than just being in the moment, feeling good, confident and joyous. What we call nightmares are also warnings of things we should handle, just like the other dreams speak to us of things to come and things to do. The conclusion of what I’ve learned in my dermas and on my waking life is that, all these negative emotions are just lies that become our strong beliefs and walls we build which we don’t really need.
Those who have little interest in spirituality shouldn’t think that human inner values don’t apply to you. The inner peace of an alert and calm mind are the source of real happiness and good health. Our human intelligence tells us which of our emotions are positive and helpful and which are damaging and to be restrained or avoided.
Pay close attention to your dreams, because us human have passion to mimic our thoughts. The mimicking is something that can be stopped, but can be embraced in a different form. If we mimic our soul, we can be peaceful, mindful and understanding. If we mimic our spirit, we can be strong warriors. If we mimic our heart, we can be full of rhythm of life and love. If we mimic others, we will not be ourselves, nor ever true to ourselves. If we mimic our thoughts, we will be restless and busy all the time, and life becomes keeping up but you’re behind, unsatisfied and frustrated, battered fast but not good, fearful and worst of all, self doubting, and self esteem becomes a lifelong constant battle to be. If we mimic our ego, well, all these negative emotions and thoughts changes us from being warriors into these worried snobs and fluctuating lost belligerent characters.
